Turkish Black Eyed Peas with Olive Oil Recipe


500 Gr Fresh Kidney Bean
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 Dry Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Pointed Peppers
1 Glass of Hot Water
2 Tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar


Wash the kidney beans and divide it into two or three pieces.

Put the oil in the pot. Add chopped onions and fry for 1 minute. then add the pepper and fry for a few more minutes.

Add the garlic and continue roasting. Add the kidney beans and grated tomatoes when their color changes slightly and lays down.

After adding salt and sugar, put the hot water and cook on low heat until the kidney beans are tender. It is ready to serve when the kidney beans change color and reach the desired softness. Enjoy your meal.
