Turkish Radish Salad Recipe: Turp Salatası

How to Make Radish Salad Recipe

This salad goes well with grilled meat and fish.

Serves 4-6


  • 2 pounds daikon radishes, peeled and coarsely grated
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated fine ( ¾ cup)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Place all the ingredients in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Served chilled or at room temperature.
