Turkish Stuffed Zucchini Flower with Olive Oil Recipe

25-20 pumpkin flowers
2 dried onions
1 tea glass of olive oil
1 tomato
1.5 cups of rice
Half a glass of hot water
Dill (about a third of a bunch)
1 teaspoon of dried mint
1 teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper

Chop the onions in cubes. Grate the tomatoes, which are cut in the middle and removed from the ends, with a thin part. Chop the dill leaves in your hand to the tips. Remove the green parts on the ends of the pumpkin flowers, taking care not to damage the leaves.

Remove the yellow parts inside the flowers without damaging the leaves.
Pour half of the olive oil into a large saucepan and fry the onions until your oil warms up until it turns color. Wash the rice and continue roasting with onions. Add black pepper, salt, dry mint and hot water together with the grated tomatoes and cook by stirring until the water is low on low heat.

After resting the sauce for a short time, add the chopped dill and mix well.

Fill the stuffing mortar you prepare gradually into the interior of the flowers and fill the flowers at a level that does not damage the flowers. Carefully fold the flowers from top to bottom and place them in the pot with the folded place at the bottom.
Run the remaining olive oil over the stuffed dishes in the pot and add warm water halfway through the stuffed dishes.
Cover the pan and cook your pumpkin flower stuffing on low heat for 30 minutes.

Depending on your desire, you can serve it with lemon slices as warm or cold. Enjoy your meal.
